About the Founder Shehla Moledina
With over 35 years of experience across early years, education, community services and public leadership, Shehla Moledina brings a wealth of knowledge and practical expertise to everything she does — from raising standards in early years and education, to delivering wellbeing workshops that support organisations of all kinds.
Shehla successfully led a community-based pre-school to an Outstanding Ofsted judgement and has extensive experience helping nurseries, schools and educational organisations strengthen leadership, improve quality, and develop effective systems, policies and practice.
Alongside her work in education, Shehla draws on her background in safeguarding, domestic abuse support and the arts to deliver practical, engaging wellbeing workshops for organisations of all kinds — helping teams build confidence, strengthen relationships and support one another through periods of change, pressure and growth.
Shehla has also served as a locally elected councillor, giving her valuable insight into public service, governance and community engagement — combined with a thoughtful, creative and collaborative approach that runs through everything she does.
