About the Founder Shehla Moledina

With over 35 years of experience across early years, education, community services and public leadership, Shehla Moledina brings a wealth of knowledge and practical expertise to every organisation she supports.

Shehla successfully led a community-based pre-school to an Outstanding Ofsted judgement and has extensive experience helping nurseries, schools and educational organisations strengthen leadership, improve quality, and develop effective systems, policies and practice.

Alongside her work in education, Shehla has also served as a locally elected councillor, giving her valuable insight into public service, governance and community engagement. Combined with her background in the arts, she brings a thoughtful, creative and collaborative approach to supporting organisations to build confidence, raise standards and create environments where children and young people can thrive.
